Refund & Cancellation
1. Cancellation by the Participant
If you need to cancel your enrollment, the following terms apply based on when you submit your request relative to the course start date:
- 7 or more days before the batch start date: You are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 7 days before the batch start date: Refunds are not available. You may instead request to transfer your slot to the next available batch (subject to availability) or send a substitute participant.
To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your full name, the course you registered for, and your registration date.
2. Cancellation by Skillahan
If we cancel a session for any reason (instructor unavailability, low enrollment, technical issues, force majeure), we will:
- Notify you as soon as reasonably possible
- Offer to reschedule you to the next available batch, or
- Issue a full refund of the amount paid
3. Group Booking Cancellations
For group bookings (10 or more participants), refund terms reflect the additional planning involved:
- 14 or more days before the agreed start date: Full refund.
- 7 to 13 days before the start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the start date: Non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
- Bank or payment gateway processing times may add additional days beyond our control.
5. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule to a different batch instead of canceling, subject to seat availability.
- Rescheduling is free if requested 7 or more days before the original batch start date.
- Rescheduling within 7 days of the start date may incur a fee or be denied at our discretion.
- Rescheduling does not extend the validity of promotional or discounted rates.
6. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the sessions you registered for and did not request cancellation within the allowed window, no refund will be provided. Course materials, where applicable, will still be made available based on our standard delivery process.
7. Promotional and Early Bird Pricing
Promotional pricing (such as Early Bird offers) is non-transferable. Refunds for promotional enrollments follow the same window rules above. Rescheduling to a future batch will be honored at the original promotional rate, where possible.
8. How to Request a Refund
Send your request via email to [email protected] with:
- Your full name
- The course and batch you registered for
- Date of registration
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days.
