Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or attending any course or training session offered by Skillahan Learning Hub ("Skillahan," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register for our courses.

2. About Skillahan Learning Hub

Skillahan Learning Hub is a training services provider based in the Philippines. We offer instructor-led courses in data analytics, data visualization, and digital productivity tools. Unless otherwise stated, sessions are delivered live online.

3. Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Payments are processed through PayMongo. By submitting payment, you also agree to PayMongo's terms of service.
  • All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP).
  • Promotional pricing is valid only for the dates specified on the offer.

4. Schedule and Attendance

  • Published course schedules may be adjusted with prior notice.
  • It is your responsibility to attend the sessions you registered for. We are not obligated to provide make-up sessions for missed dates unless covered under our cancellation policy.

5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, recordings, slides, exercises, and resources are the property of Skillahan Learning Hub.
  • You may use the materials for personal learning. Re-selling, redistributing, reproducing, or sharing them with non-enrolled persons is not allowed.
  • You may not record any live session without our written consent.

6. Participant Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.
  • Not share session links, passwords, or recordings with non-enrolled persons.
  • Use any provided materials only for personal study.

We reserve the right to remove participants from sessions for disruptive or abusive behavior, without refund.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Modifications to Course or Schedule

We may change instructors, schedules, or delivery method due to unforeseen circumstances. If a session is canceled or significantly changed by us, you may either reschedule to the next available batch or receive a full refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our courses are provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to provide quality training but do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or income.
  • Skillahan Learning Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our courses or materials.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through the courts of the Philippines.
